Bronze Package - Life Changes Implications
This package is designed for clients who want to understand how changes in their personal or financial circumstances may affect their Age Pension entitlements. It is ideal for those considering decisions that could influence their future payments, such as downsizing property, gifting, reducing work hours, receiving an inheritance, or other significant life events.
The session will be conducted virtually or over the phone and will include:
A review of your current Age Pension entitlements
An assessment of potential future scenarios and their impact on your pension
Clear guidance to support informed decision-making
Strategies to manage or minimise potential reductions in payments
The Bronze Package provides peace of mind by helping you understand the implications of life changes on your Age Pension and plan ahead confidently.
Cost - $150 (one-off fee)

Silver Package - Education and Analysis
We will travel to you and explain the Age Pension system and approved methods to increase your Age Pension entitlements if you are not entitled to the full Age-Pension, calculate your entitlements, run through scenarios that could impact your Age Pension.
During this meeting, clients often ask the following questions

How much will I be entitled to?
What can i do to increase my Age Pension entitlements?
What will happen if i buy/sell an asset?
What supporting documents do i need from my superannuation and/or other investments?
What happens if my partner passes away?

We also offer virtual appointments for clients who are interstate or prefer virtual meetings.

Gold Package - Leave it to us
All services listed in the silver package.
This package is an all in one package that includes all the services included in the silver package plus completion of your Centrelink Age Pension application form, gathering of supporting documents and we will also deal with Centrelink on your behalf so you don’t need to.
We will also be available via phone or email to answer any questions you have throughout the process and keep you updated on the progress of your application.
Reason to choose this package
Centrelink payments can be delayed if an application is completed incorrectly or if supporting documentation is missing. Since Centrelink does not backdate payments, each fortnight of delay can cost you hundreds of dollars. We ensure that such delays are avoided and that you receive your entitlements promptly, thanks to our expertise in handling Centrelink processes.
Approval for the Age Pension can take up to 13 weeks, however, our clients are typically approved within 4 weeks on average.
Cost - $550 for singles and $700 for couples (one-off fee).
An increased fee of $1,000 will apply if the following circumstances apply to you due to the complexity:
International assets/income.
International social securities agreement application.
Company ownership.
Self-employed.

Annual Review Service
Our Annual Review Service ensures you have ongoing support with your Age Pension entitlements throughout the year. As part of this service:
We remain your nominated correspondence contact with Centrelink for the year
We continue to manage all your Centrelink matters, so you don’t need to deal with Centrelink directly
You have direct access to your personal adviser to ask questions or seek guidance on any Centrelink-related enquiries
We regularly update your assets and income throughout the year to ensure your Age Pension remains accurate and maximised
This service provides peace of mind, helping you stay informed and confident that your entitlements are correct as your circumstances evolve.
Cost - $400 per annum
